Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLLT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,515 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLLT3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Hematopoietic stem cell differentiation, Acrosomal vesicle exocytosis, and Hematopoietic progenitor cell differentiation. Each is linked with MLLT3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLLT3-to-partner and partner-to-MLLT3 results are reported.
