MLLT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLLT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLLT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10R2, GOLGA6L1, and DNAAF6. Each is linked with MLLT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLLT3-to-partner and partner-to-MLLT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10R2 grouped by MLLT3-low versus MLLT3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLLT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLLT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
