Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLLT10P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,106 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLLT10P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, tRNA modification, and Transcription preinitiation complex assembly. Each is linked with MLLT10P1 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLLT10P1-to-partner and partner-to-MLLT10P1 results are reported.
