Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLLT10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,939 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MLLT10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBK, PARPBP, and CDKN3. Each is linked with MLLT10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLLT10-to-partner and partner-to-MLLT10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLLT10 versus PBK in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLLT10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLLT10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
