MLLT10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLLT10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,095 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLLT10-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHRS11, RNU7-128P, and CCDC3. Each is linked with MLLT10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLLT10-to-partner and partner-to-MLLT10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DHRS11 grouped by MLLT10-low versus MLLT10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLLT10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLLT10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
