Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLLT10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLLT10-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Jun_pS73, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with MLLT10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLLT10-to-partner and partner-to-MLLT10 results are reported.
