Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLLT10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,185 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLLT10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation, Lagging strand elongation, and Negative regulation of chromosome condensation. Each is linked with MLLT10 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLLT10-to-partner and partner-to-MLLT10 results are reported.
