MLLT10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLLT10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLLT10-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLK15, SERPINA7, and C1orf158. Each is linked with MLLT10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLLT10-to-partner and partner-to-MLLT10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLK15 grouped by MLLT10-low versus MLLT10-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLLT10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLLT10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
