MLIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,747 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP39, TMOD2, and SYNPO. Each is linked with MLIP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLIP-to-partner and partner-to-MLIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLIP versus USP39 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
