MLIP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,447 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLIP-AS1, SLCO5A1, and CADM3. Each is linked with MLIP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLIP-to-partner and partner-to-MLIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLIP versus MLIP-AS1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
