MLIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLIP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, Rab11, and Rab25. Each is linked with MLIP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLIP-to-partner and partner-to-MLIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by MLIP-low versus MLIP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
