Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,180 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MLH3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZC3H14, UBR7, and YLPM1. Each is linked with MLH3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLH3-to-partner and partner-to-MLH3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLH3 versus ZC3H14 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
