Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLH3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,583 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MLH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR181A2HG, TMBIM1, and MIR107. Each is linked with MLH3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLH3-to-partner and partner-to-MLH3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLH3 versus MIR181A2HG in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
