Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,653 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLH3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of lymphoid progenitor cell differentiation, Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Protein catabolic process at synapse. Each is linked with MLH3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLH3-to-partner and partner-to-MLH3 results are reported.
