MLH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 379 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D3K, OR2V2, and PSAT1. Each is linked with MLH3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLH3-to-partner and partner-to-MLH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D3K grouped by MLH3-low versus MLH3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
