MLH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,722 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPM2AIP1, DYNC1LI1, and UBR7. Each is linked with MLH1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLH1-to-partner and partner-to-MLH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLH1 versus EPM2AIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
