Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,023 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3B, RPA3, and POLD2. Each is linked with MLH1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLH1-to-partner and partner-to-MLH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLH1 versus EIF3B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
