Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLH1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MLH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with MLH1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLH1-to-partner and partner-to-MLH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by MLH1-low versus MLH1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
