Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,149 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MLH1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell cycle process, Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition, and Regulation of chromosome segregation. Each is linked with MLH1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLH1-to-partner and partner-to-MLH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of cell cycle process grouped by MLH1-low versus MLH1-high in KIDNEY.
