MLF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,877 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP4, NIP7, and NOP2. Each is linked with MLF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLF2-to-partner and partner-to-MLF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLF2 versus FKBP4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
