Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,385 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MLF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP5, TPI1, and PEX5. Each is linked with MLF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLF2-to-partner and partner-to-MLF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLF2 versus USP5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
