MLF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,726 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP5, COPS7A, and ATN1. Each is linked with MLF2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLF2-to-partner and partner-to-MLF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLF2 versus USP5 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
