Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,034 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of pentose-phosphate shunt, Maintenance of presynaptic active zone structure, and Nucleosome disassembly. Each is linked with MLF2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLF2-to-partner and partner-to-MLF2 results are reported.
