Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FUT5, C16orf92, and ACTBL2. Each is linked with MLF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLF2-to-partner and partner-to-MLF2 results are reported.
