MLF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLF2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,076 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFP37, RIPOR1, and ZNF451. Each is linked with MLF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLF2-to-partner and partner-to-MLF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZFP37 grouped by MLF2-low versus MLF2-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
