MLF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,168 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MLF1_S34, FXR1, and UMPS. Each is linked with MLF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLF1-to-partner and partner-to-MLF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLF1 versus MLF1_S34 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
