Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,725 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFAP52, SLC9C2, and CFAP91. Each is linked with MLF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLF1-to-partner and partner-to-MLF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLF1 versus CFAP52 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
