MLEC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLEC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,278 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLEC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRSF9, HIP1R, and THEMIS2. Each is linked with MLEC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLEC-to-partner and partner-to-MLEC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLEC versus SRSF9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLEC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLEC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
