MLC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,178 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MDM1_S601, MIOS_S766, and OTULIN. Each is linked with MLC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLC1-to-partner and partner-to-MLC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLC1 versus MDM1_S601 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
