Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,076 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Purine ribonucleotide biosynthetic process, Purine ribonucleotide metabolic process, and Regulation of translational initiation. Each is linked with MLC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLC1-to-partner and partner-to-MLC1 results are reported.
