MLANA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLANA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,085 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLANA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLGRKT, SMARCA2, and PHF2_S905. Each is linked with MLANA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLANA-to-partner and partner-to-MLANA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLANA versus PLGRKT in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLANA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLANA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
