Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLANA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 565 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MLANA-associated genes across cancer lineages are HPS4, RAB36, and SNW1. Each is linked with MLANA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLANA-to-partner and partner-to-MLANA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLANA versus HPS4 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLANA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLANA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
