Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MKX-associated genes across cancer lineages are FKBP4P7, SNORD13P1, and PRSS3P1. Each is linked with MKX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKX-to-partner and partner-to-MKX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MKX versus FKBP4P7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKX→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
