MKX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MKX RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,207 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKX-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARMC4, MPP7, and GXYLT2. Each is linked with MKX in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKX-to-partner and partner-to-MKX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MKX versus ARMC4 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKX→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
