Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MKX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MKX-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF14, C2orf80, and FCGR2B. Each is linked with MKX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKX-to-partner and partner-to-MKX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF14 grouped by MKX-low versus MKX-high in OESOPHAGUS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKX→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
