Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MKRN8P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MKRN8P expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MKRN8P is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, MKRN8P RNA expression shows 8,377 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LSCC. Together, these results highlight KICH, HNSC, and LSCC as cancer lineages where MKRN8P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
