MKRN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKRN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,794 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKRN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2B, WDR48, and RBSN. Each is linked with MKRN2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKRN2-to-partner and partner-to-MKRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MKRN2 versus TOP2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
