MKRN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKRN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,588 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMC3, MTMR14, and ARPC4. Each is linked with MKRN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKRN2-to-partner and partner-to-MKRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MKRN2 versus EMC3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
