MKRN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MKRN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LACRT, AVP, and FCGR3B. Each is linked with MKRN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKRN2-to-partner and partner-to-MKRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LACRT grouped by MKRN2-low versus MKRN2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
