MKRN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKRN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,702 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKRN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAXIP1, BET1, and ESRRA. Each is linked with MKRN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKRN1-to-partner and partner-to-MKRN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MKRN1 versus PAXIP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKRN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKRN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
