MKRN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKRN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,321 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKRN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP443, RNA5SP413, and MIR6798. Each is linked with MKRN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKRN1-to-partner and partner-to-MKRN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP443 grouped by MKRN1-low versus MKRN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKRN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKRN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
