Across TCGA cell cohorts, MKRN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,993 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKRN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, Endosomal transport, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with MKRN1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKRN1-to-partner and partner-to-MKRN1 results are reported.
