MKNK2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKNK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,312 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKNK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FNDC11, FGF14-AS2, and PCDHB4. Each is linked with MKNK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKNK2-to-partner and partner-to-MKNK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MKNK2 versus FNDC11 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKNK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKNK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
