MKNK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKNK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKNK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, PDK1_pS241, and ATM. Each is linked with MKNK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKNK2-to-partner and partner-to-MKNK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by MKNK2-low versus MKNK2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKNK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKNK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
