Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MKNK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MKNK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF8, TRIM64B, and WDR87. Each is linked with MKNK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKNK2-to-partner and partner-to-MKNK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF8 grouped by MKNK2-low versus MKNK2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKNK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKNK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
