MKNK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKNK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,192 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKNK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL2A1, AQP9, and ACTR3. Each is linked with MKNK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKNK1-to-partner and partner-to-MKNK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MKNK1 versus BCL2A1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKNK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKNK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
