MKNK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKNK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKNK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PCNA, and ER-alpha_pS118. Each is linked with MKNK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKNK1-to-partner and partner-to-MKNK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by MKNK1-low versus MKNK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKNK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKNK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
