MKLN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKLN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,721 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKLN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WASL, CKAP4_S26, and UBE3C. Each is linked with MKLN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKLN1-to-partner and partner-to-MKLN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MKLN1 versus WASL in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
