MKLN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MKLN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKLN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OXT, C6orf118, and CR2. Each is linked with MKLN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKLN1-to-partner and partner-to-MKLN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OXT grouped by MKLN1-low versus MKLN1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
