MIXL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIXL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIXL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6738, MIR6090, and OR52X1P. Each is linked with MIXL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIXL1-to-partner and partner-to-MIXL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIXL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIXL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
